Senior Recruiter, GTM/G&A

Location: United States — Remote Opportunity

Salary: $108,000–$178,500 per year, plus eligibility for hirify.global’s equity plan.

What you will do

• Support hiring across G&A and non-technical functions, including finance, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Partner with hiring managers, People Operations, and leadership to define hiring needs and recruiting strategies.
• Own full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer negotiation, closing, and onboarding transitions.
• Source diverse, high-quality talent through creative outreach, networking, HireEZ, and open-source communities.
• Manage and optimize recruiting workflows in Ashby to support a smooth, data-informed process.
• Identify bottlenecks and improve recruiting velocity while maintaining quality and a strong candidate experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting finance, operations, marketing, and sales roles.
• Success working in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or infrastructure/developer-tools company.
• Experience sourcing passive candidates and engaging technical talent communities.
• Strong knowledge of ATS and sourcing platforms; Ashby experience is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including confidence working with senior leadership.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, collaboration, urgency, and commitment to building diverse, values-aligned teams.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with open-source communities or experience supporting developer-centric products.
