Technical Recruiter

Location: Hybrid in San Francisco, United States; requires at least 2 days per week in the SF office

Salary: $125,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own the full recruiting lifecycle across multiple concurrent searches.
• Source, qualify, and close technical talent for Engineering, Data Science, and Product teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and build structured interview processes.
• Improve how hirify.global is positioned in a competitive talent market.
• Deliver a consistent, fair, and engaging candidate experience.
• Evolve recruiting systems, tooling, and processes as the organization scales.

Requirements

• 5+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven success recruiting technical talent.
• Ability to quickly learn and credibly recruit new talent profiles.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with hiring teams and candidates.
• High ownership and ability to work in an ambitious, fast-paced environment.
• Proactive use of AI-enabled recruiting technology and continuous improvement.
