Technical Recruiter (AI)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, with Wednesdays working from home

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own full-cycle technical recruiting across software engineering, ML, and infrastructure roles.
• Build proactive candidate pipelines through outbound sourcing, referrals, and creative sourcing channels.
• Run initial screens and assess technical talent for senior and staff-level positions.
• Implement appropriate ATS structure, process discipline, and candidate communications.
• Partner with engineering leaders to define profiles, calibrate searches, and keep hiring processes moving.
• Track recruiting metrics and improve sourcing, conversion, and candidate experience.

Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth startup.
• Experience recruiting across software engineering, ML, and/or infrastructure, including senior and staff-level talent.
• Strong proactive sourcing skills and the ability to engage and close exceptional technical candidates.
• Excellent communication, organization, judgment, and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously.
• Comfort working autonomously in a fast-changing environment with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco, with Wednesdays from home.
