Technical Recruiter/Senior Technical Recruiter

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid work model with in-office and remote flexibility

Compensation: OTE of $150,000–$190,000 annually, including base salary and a 15% target bonus

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering.
• Build and manage technical talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and talent mapping.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to calibrate talent and influence hiring decisions.
• Deliver a clear, thoughtful candidate experience and drive structured, consistent interviews.
• Use recruiting metrics, reporting, and market insights to improve hiring outcomes.
• Use Ashby, Pin, Claude, and other tools to streamline sourcing, outreach, and recruiting operations.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 4+ years focused on technical recruiting.
• Experience hiring high-performing technical talent in fast-paced or high-growth environments.
• Strong sourcing and talent mapping skills across competitive technical markets.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders and using data and market insights to influence hiring decisions.
• Experience with AI tools and modern recruiting technology.
• Clear communication, stakeholder management, and process improvement skills.
