Senior Manager, Workforce Planning Strategy & Analytics

Location: US Remote

Salary: $163,400–$245,000 USD for Zone 1 locations; $152,600–$229,000 USD for other US locations. Additional compensation may include an annual bonus and equity.

What you will do

• Build and lead the enterprise workforce planning capability, including its vision, roadmap, and operating model.
• Partner with FP&A, HR, Talent Acquisition, and business stakeholders on demand forecasting, headcount, capacity, and scenario-planning models.
• Redesign manual and fragmented workforce planning processes, including data collection, forecasting cadence, and approval workflows.
• Own workforce planning data infrastructure, tools, pipelines, dashboards, and self-service reporting.
• Influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption of new models, frameworks, and operating practices.
• Prepare executive-ready analysis and recommendations linking workforce strategy to cost, capacity, and business outcomes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, business or data analytics, management consulting, or a comparable quantitative strategy role.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with SQL and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is preferred.
• Experience building forecasting, capacity, or scenario models from incomplete or messy data.
• Experience identifying and fixing manual processes by creating scalable, repeatable systems.
• Strong influencing, executive communication, and narrative-building skills without relying on formal authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent experience.
