What you will do
- Support and enhance sales forecasting processes to improve accuracy and visibility across the revenue funnel.
- Analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, and sales productivity to identify risks and growth opportunities.
- Partner with Sales leadership on territory alignment, account segmentation, and quota modeling.
- Develop reporting and dashboards using CRM and BI platforms to track operational KPIs.
- Collaborate with Finance and RevOps to align forecasting assumptions and performance expectations.
- Maintain and improve reporting infrastructure to ensure high data integrity across Salesforce and BI tools.
Requirements
- 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Finance, or Business Operations.
- Strong background in forecasting and planning within a B2B SaaS or recurring revenue environment.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI and advanced Excel/Google Sheets modeling skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and present insights to senior leadership.
