Manager, People and Places AI-Driven Work Transformation (AI)

Location: Mountain View, California, United States

Salary: $237,500–$321,500 annual base pay, with potential cash bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Identify and prioritize high-value People & Places workflows for AI-driven redesign.
• Define which activities should be handled by AI agents, remain human-led, or require human judgment.
• Partner with COEs, HRBPs, TA, Rewards, Talent, ER, Mobility, and People Analytics to scale workflow innovation.
• Translate future-state workflows into requirements for HR Tech, T4I, and the Agentic Builder team.
• Lead the merged Process & Experience Design team and develop business analysts and experience designers as builders.
• Define productivity and employee or candidate experience metrics, including progress toward a 3x productivity gain.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business process design, experience design, product management, or a related discipline within HR, People Operations, or a similar function.
• Experience leading significant workflow or operating model transformation involving AI, automation, or agentic technologies.
• Strong knowledge of Workday, ServiceNow, Avature, and embedded agentic capabilities.
• Experience partnering with centers of excellence and HR business partners without direct authority over their roadmaps.
• People leadership experience integrating teams from different functional backgrounds.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and translate strategy into concrete workflow designs and requirements.
