Manager, Technical Deployment (Financial Services, AI)

Location: New York City, NY; hybrid policy requires staff to work from one of the offices at least 25% of the time. Travel to customer sites is expected 25–50%.

Annual salary: $240,000–$450,000 USD

What you will do

• Hire, develop, and retain Technical Deployment Leads serving Financial Services engagements.
• Own portfolio health, delivery quality, staffing decisions, engagement reviews, and customer outcomes across the vertical.
• Lead complex customer engagements from delivery planning and statements of work through production deployment.
• Manage executive relationships, steering committees, scope qualification, and value measurement with customer and sales stakeholders.
• Create reusable solution patterns, evaluation frameworks, technical playbooks, and operating processes that scale the practice.
• Bring delivery lessons and emerging Financial Services use cases to Product, Research, and company leadership.

Requirements

• 8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery and at least 3 years directly managing people responsible for delivery outcomes.
• Experience building and leading technical delivery teams in enterprise or embedded client environments.
• Production experience delivering AI, ML, or LLM-based agentic solutions.
• Financial Services experience with banks, insurers, or asset managers, including model risk, security, and compliance considerations.
• Ability to evaluate architecture, technical trade-offs, agent designs, value-based scoping, TCO/ROI, and post-deployment impact.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and professional experience; strong written and verbal communication skills.
