Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: Seattle, United States; hybrid. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Annual base salary: $160,000–$190,000, plus equity and benefits.

What you will do

• Set strategy and priorities for organizational-intelligence experiences.
• Identify how individuals, teams, and leaders find and use context across their work.
• Connect information across conversations, relationships, tools, and time.
• Translate AI and knowledge capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy user experiences.
• Define standards for relevance, provenance, privacy, permissions, and customer control.
• Lead customer discovery, problem framing, launches, measurement, and iteration in partnership with Engineering, Design, Data Science, Enterprise, Platform, and GTM.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product-management experience owning complex, customer-facing products.
• Ability to turn ambiguous customer problems into focused strategy, shipped products, and measurable outcomes.
• Experience with enterprise collaboration, knowledge, search, analytics, CRM, personalization, or productivity software.
• Strong technical intuition and credibility with Engineering and Data Science.
• Excellent customer, product, and UX judgment grounded in research, data, and direct observation.
• Clear communication, cross-functional leadership, and comfort making tradeoffs as evidence develops.

Nice to have

• Experience connecting information across multiple systems or data sources.
• Experience with retrieval, generative AI, knowledge graphs, or personalization.
• Experience building products for individuals and organizations.
• Experience with enterprise permissions, governance, or sensitive data.
• Technical or design background.
