Digital Product Manager Lead Sr- Offer Modernization (MarTech)

Location: PA - Pittsburgh (15222), United States; in-office role

Base salary: $114,500–$186,600 per year, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Drive digital strategy across business segments and optimize digital experiences using design thinking and related practices.
• Monitor digital experience trends and market results, recommend enhancements, prioritize initiatives, and develop business cases.
• Define and design features for new and existing digital experiences and manage their development, production, rollout, and promotion.
• Partner with Product, Technology, MIS, business lines, Marketing, internal service groups, and external stakeholders.
• Drive business, financial, and customer experience results while supporting risk management, compliance, and audit requirements.
• Coordinate and coach Product Managers and Associates when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience.
• Typically 8+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with product development life cycles, project management, marketing strategy, and solutions development.
• Knowledge of design thinking, business requirements documentation, data gathering and reporting, and digital user experience.
• Preferred technical skills include Agile web development, data visualization, IT architecture, JavaScript, and wireframing.
• Visa sponsorship and STEM OPT participation are not available for this position.
