What you will do

• Build and own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for next-generation payment products.
• Represent customer needs, write user stories, define acceptance criteria, and support Acceptance Test-Driven Development.
• Lead agile team activities and communicate delivery progress to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business leaders, technology teams, Product Owners, and user experience partners to align dependent backlogs and customer journeys.
• Use design thinking, analytics, and outcome-focused product practices to shape complex payment solutions.
• Manage delivery through influence while identifying and escalating risks and regulatory issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of business, analytical, technical, or product experience; alternatively, 10 years of combined higher education and work experience including 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with payment rails and transaction processing, such as Wire, ACH, Instant Payments, Zelle, digital assets, or emerging payment technologies.
• Experience with product management, Agile delivery, or payment operations.
• Knowledge of Agile and Lean principles, product design and development practices, and design thinking.
• Ability to prioritize competing needs, make independent decisions, and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience managing digital capabilities.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering with user experience teams on product design.
• Subject matter expertise in payments, including Wire, ACH, Zelle, or digital assets.
