Senior Consultant - Healthcare HR

Salary: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Deliver strategic and operational HR consulting services to healthcare clients.
• Lead negotiation and renegotiation of HR vendor contracts across benefits, recruitment, learning and development, workforce management, and outsourced services.
• Analyze HR spending, supplier agreements, and operational processes to identify savings through consolidation, process optimization, competitive bidding, and contract restructuring.
• Develop cost-containment and workforce optimization strategies with HR executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leaders, facilitate client meetings, and manage client relationships.
• Develop HR tools, methodologies, best practices, and intellectual capital while supporting HR programs and employee experience improvements.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant Human Resources experience, including experience in healthcare, hospital, or consulting environments.
• Experience advising leaders and managing complex initiatives across employee relations, talent management, compensation, workforce planning, organizational development, and performance management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, written, verbal, and presentation skills, including presenting recommendations to senior leadership.
• Experience leading projects, managing timelines, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Ability to advise clients on employee benefits administration, HR programs, vendor management, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to travel regularly and respond quickly to client needs and timetables.

Nice to have

• Relevant degree.
• HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR.
• Experience with HRIS platforms, reporting tools, HR analytics, workforce analytics, labor productivity, or healthcare benchmarking data.
• Prior healthcare consulting experience and experience supporting healthcare employee benefits strategy and administration.
