Salary: $86,100–$115,000 per year.

Manufacturing operations design, manufacture, test, and service Navy steam turbines, steam valves, nuclear steam turbines, and aftermarket steam parts, upgrades, and overhauls.

What you will do

  • Develop financial plans, budgets, forecasts, and pricing estimates for government proposals.
  • Partner with business development and project management teams on new and ongoing government programs.
  • Analyze EAC and POC estimates and forecasts for Department of Defense and Department of Energy programs.
  • Prepare month-end financial reports, investigate variances, and communicate findings to management.
  • Support financial policies, regulatory compliance, internal, external, and government audits.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial studies, including proposal cost-volume analysis.

Requirements

  • US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearances and approvals.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; an MBA is an advantage.
  • Manufacturing experience required.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations, compliance requirements, risk management, and FAR/DFARS processes.
  • Ability to identify financial issues, develop solutions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy in financial analysis, reporting, and model development.
