Sales Director (AI)

Location: US - Remote (with offices in Atlanta, New York, and San Francisco)

Compensation: $450,000 – $470,000 plus equity and commission

What you will do

• Hire, onboard, and develop a high-performing team of Account Executives.
• Own regional performance, forecast accuracy, and pipeline quality.
• Coach reps on deal strategy, complex buying committees, and late-stage negotiations.
• Partner with RevOps to ensure data-driven insights and consistent sales execution.
• Identify and grow future leaders within the sales organization.

Requirements

• 10-15+ years of experience in enterprise customer-facing sales roles.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing and mentoring enterprise sales teams.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end complex deals of $1M+.
• Deep familiarity with the AI landscape, tooling, and emerging trends.
• Experience building GTM strategies and sales motions from early-stage growth.
• Must have authorization to work in the United States.
