AI Strategy & Transformation Architect

What you will do

• Lead paid advisory engagements and facilitate workshops with executive and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Turn ambiguous business challenges into structured problem statements, capability models, AI use case portfolios, roadmaps, operating models, and governance frameworks.
• Redesign business processes using agentic AI, automation, and human-in-the-loop models.
• Translate strategic findings into delivery-ready use cases, user stories, agent design patterns, acceptance criteria, owners, dependencies, and success metrics.
• Connect business and technical architecture on Salesforce and support the transition from advisory to implementation.
• Develop reusable frameworks, playbooks, assessment tools, discovery accelerators, proposals, and statements of work.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, enterprise strategy, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years leading Salesforce-based engagements at a delivery or architecture level.
• Hands-on experience designing and operationalizing agentic AI use cases.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce, including Agentforce, Einstein, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Field Service, and Data Cloud.
• Working knowledge of AI and LLM ecosystems such as Salesforce Agentforce, OpenAI, AWS, and Azure, plus data readiness, integration architecture, and AI governance.
• Strong executive facilitation, synthesis, written communication, and strategic problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Contact center technology experience with Amazon Connect, NICE, Genesys, or similar platforms.
• Salesforce certifications such as AI Specialist, Admin, Service Cloud Consultant, or Strategy Designer.
• Experience with Design Thinking, human-centered design, or service design.
• Experience in regulated industries involving AI governance, risk, and compliance.
