What you will do

• Lead AI Strategy Assessments for enterprise clients, identifying high-impact use cases and evaluating data readiness.
• Audit client data infrastructure, pipelines, and data hygiene to determine readiness for specific AI models.
• Evaluate LLMs, AI architectures, latency, privacy, cost, integration viability, and enterprise data synchronization constraints.
• Advise C-suite and VP-level stakeholders on AI roadmaps, governance, risk mitigation, and measurable ROI.
• Design technology-agnostic, ecosystem-ready roadmaps integrating with platforms such as Salesforce and hirify.global.
• Shape billable service offerings, scope Statements of Work, manage client expectations, and identify follow-on engagements.

Requirements

• Deep technical credibility in AI architecture, data pipelines, LLM evaluation, production agents, and enterprise integrations without requiring hands-on coding.
• Experience shipping multiple production agents with measurable accuracy and safety outcomes.
• Experience presenting AI roadmaps, governance policies, risk strategies, and ROI frameworks to C-suite or VP-level stakeholders.
• Experience governing complex multi-environment organizations and establishing administration or governance frameworks.
• Experience designing solutions across large enterprise technology stacks, including APIs, data synchronization, and platform guardrails.
• Experience in billable, utilization-tracked professional services or consulting, including SOW scoping and delivery management.

• Experience with Salesforce, hirify.global, managed packages, custom development, or Independent Software Vendor environments.
• Experience leading technology or discipline shifts and building onboarding, upskilling, knowledge-base, or community-of-practice programs.
