Finance Transformation Senior Associate (Finance)

Location: Hybrid, with in-person attendance at least three days per week at a hirify.global office or client site in Charlotte, Chicago, New York, Dallas, Houston, Philadelphia, or Arlington, United States. Travel may be required, up to 30%.

Salary: $119,000–$132,000 base salary per year, plus potential discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Transform clients’ finance and operations functions across processes and reporting.
• Analyze business processes, identify gaps, and define remediation requirements.
• Perform cost, cycle-time, quantitative, and financial analysis to design effective solutions.
• Design and implement sustainable operating models focused on process optimization and business transformation.
• Act as a day-to-day client contact while coordinating with hirify.global teams to resolve issues.
• Support proposals, business development calls, client relationships, and delivery against utilization targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• At least 2 years of experience in financial management, consulting, or a related field.
• Consulting experience in financial services with a focus on finance.
• Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis and business case development.
• Experience with process analysis, reporting and business intelligence, data analysis, and reconciliation.
• Knowledge of close-the-books processes, chart of accounts, treasury, FP&A, financial benchmarking, banking operations, and related regulatory issues.
