Senior PS Solutions Consultant (SaaS Accounting)

Location: Remote USA. Candidates living within a reasonable commute of a hirify.global office must work in the office at least 3 days per week.

Salary: $100,000–$125,000 per year, plus eligible short-term and long-term incentive programs.

What you will do

• Manage the professional services sales process for new and existing customers.
• Consult with customers to understand business needs, pain points, objectives, and implementation requirements.
• Estimate effort for software setup, customization, integrations, and training.
• Prepare and negotiate Statements of Work covering scope, deliverables, timelines, resources, budgets, costs, and out-of-scope items.
• Coordinate with sales, product, technical, customer success, legal, and partner teams to ensure effective handoffs and project continuity.
• Track opportunities and forecasts in CRM tools, report on estimation trends and budget performance, and support go-to-market assets.

Requirements

• Experience selling SaaS or accounting-related software services.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software applications; hirify.global experience is preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Experience estimating software implementation complexity and drafting and negotiating Statements of Work.
• Strong communication, presentation, analytical, relationship-building, and project-planning skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
