Salary: $120,000–$168,000 per year

What you will do

• Build enduring client relationships and provide advisory guidance across operating models, technology stacks, processes, and compliance requirements.
• Design, configure, and implement scalable solutions covering investment accounting, general ledger reporting, platform integration, and optimization.
• Lead end-to-end implementations by defining scope, timelines, resources, and budgets while managing risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Evaluate investment management workflows, including performance measurement, trade execution, cash and collateral management, compliance, risk management, and reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and develop junior consultants and analysts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Development, Engineering, and Marketing and deliver training, documentation, project plans, and executive reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in investment operations, technical accounting, or financial services, with emphasis on insurance and/or asset management.
• Deep knowledge of investment accounting and general ledger reporting, alternative investments, or regulatory reporting.
• Experience leading complex projects in consulting or professional services and familiarity with front-, middle-, and back-office investment management technology.
• Experience with hirify.global or comparable investment accounting and reporting platforms.
• Exposure to operating model transformation engagements.

Nice to have

• Big Four or professional services consulting experience.
• CPA, CFA, or FSA certification.
