What you will do

• Support client engagements across corporate finance and strategy, including finance transformation, performance management, digital finance, and corporate planning.
• Analyze finance organizations, processes, profitability, capital structure, liquidity, and cash flow performance.
• Provide domain expertise and develop customized solutions based on best practices and benchmarking.
• Own modules in client projects, structure issues, generate insights, and prepare client-ready analyses and presentations.
• Collaborate with consulting and topic teams to develop knowledge products, tools, analyses, studies, and publications.
• Support proposal development by contributing transformation approaches, capabilities, case credentials, and expert perspectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant consulting experience, or at least 3 years of relevant industry experience; 4–6+ years of industry experience is strongly preferred.
• Experience in finance transformation, financial management, controlling and reporting, treasury, accounting and audit, corporate development, corporate finance, or a related area.
• End-to-end expertise in at least two finance process areas, such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, Payroll, or Fixed Assets.
• Master’s degree in business administration, corporate finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field with strong academic performance, and/or CPA qualification with management consulting experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, interpersonal, client relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively, manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, exercise discretion, and deliver high-quality client-ready materials.
