Client Consulting Manager (Fintech)

Location: US - Ashburn, VA; hybrid position with regular office attendance expectations

Salary: $114,400–$193,800 USD per year, plus potential bonus, equity, and sales incentives where applicable

What you will do

• Support experienced consultants in delivering strategic consulting services to hirify.global clients.
• Analyze client data and identify preliminary trends and themes with guidance.
• Conduct payment-industry market research and data analysis.
• Develop client-specific presentations by adapting materials to unique scenarios and needs.
• Support senior consultants in delivering advisory solutions covering business strategy, product development, pricing, customer segmentation, and customer experience improvement.

Requirements

• 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a bachelor's degree.
• Alternatively, 2 or more years of work experience with an advanced degree, or no experience with a PhD.
• Preferred: 6 or more years of work experience with a bachelor's degree, or 4 or more years with an advanced degree.
• Ability to work in a hybrid office setting in Ashburn, Virginia.
• Ability to travel 5–10% of the time.
