Senior Consultant - Indirect Spend/Purchased Services (Healthcare)

Location: Virtual Office; regular travel to meet client needs and timetables

Estimated salary range: $88,900–$155,500 per year, plus incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Lead analytics-driven initiatives that generate strategic insight and measurable client value.
• Analyze complex datasets and present findings through clear, compelling analytical storytelling.
• Lead indirect spend and purchased-services projects and workstreams against statement-of-work goals.
• Manage project scope, strategy development, implementation timing, communications, and issue escalation.
• Facilitate discussions with client leaders and mentor junior consultants on analytics and consulting practices.
• Contribute to consulting services, tools, methodologies, intellectual capital, and business development.

Requirements

• Relevant degree preferred.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience; consulting experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success consulting on indirect spend or purchased services in a healthcare-provider environment.
• Expertise in analytics-driven consulting and strategic advisory services.
• Ability to interpret complex data, develop actionable insights and roadmaps, and communicate with senior and executive audiences.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and multiple projects, meet timelines, and travel regularly and expeditiously.
