Loan Officer Development Program (FinTech)

Location: Full-time office position in Plano, TX; employees must live within reasonable commuting distance of the designated office. Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. PT / 10:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m. CT.

What you will do

• Support the end-to-end mortgage loan origination process from pre-approval through closing.
• Respond to borrower and real estate agent inquiries and complete timely follow-ups.
• Manage mortgage leads and maintain a healthy conversion pipeline.
• Accurately enter contracts and documentation while supporting compliance and borrower experience.
• Collaborate with Loan Officers, managers, and teammates to improve processes and results.
• Complete a phased four-month learning plan with SAFE licensing preparation, hands-on practice, and mentorship.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or another client-facing role.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Experience using CRM systems and other relevant tools.
• Comfortable working full-time in the Plano, TX office.
• Must obtain a SAFE Mortgage Loan Originator license within 90 days of hire; licensing support and training are provided.

Nice to have

• Mortgage or financial services experience.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
