What you will do

• Work with borrowers to understand homebuying needs and deliver a smooth loan experience.
• Communicate loan status and respond to borrower questions by email and phone.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Coordinate internal loan-processing efforts, resolve application issues, and verify documentation.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available product or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence and analyze performance metrics to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current or previous Loan Officer experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
• Self-motivation, initiative, competitive drive, adaptability, and a results-oriented approach.
