What you will do

• Build relationships with borrowers and determine their homebuying and financing needs.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify financial information and documentation.
• Communicate loan status, respond to questions, and educate borrowers on loan processes and product alternatives.
• Coordinate internal efforts to resolve application issues and support timely loan processing.
• Manage social media presence and analyze performance numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current or previous Loan Officer experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented approach.
• Passion for helping Veterans and military families.
