What you will do

• Communicate loan status to borrowers and respond to inquiries by phone and email.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and collect or verify required information and documentation.
• Coordinate internal loan-team efforts, resolve application issues, and support timely processing.
• Educate borrowers about the loan process and available products or service alternatives.
• Manage social media presence, analyze performance metrics, and support operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Mortgage Loan Originator license required; support is available to help obtain the license.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships, take initiative, adapt quickly, and work with urgency.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented approach with a competitive drive.
• Previous sales experience, performance-based marketing metrics knowledge, mortgage origination experience, or call-center experience is preferred.
