What you will do

• Work with borrowers to understand homebuying needs and provide a smooth loan experience.
• Analyze borrower information to assess pre-approval and loan feasibility.
• Interview borrowers and obtain or verify required information and documentation.
• Communicate loan status, respond to inquiries, and educate borrowers about loan processes and product alternatives.
• Coordinate internal efforts to resolve application issues and maintain timely processing.
• Manage social media presence and analyze numbers to improve efficiency and meet company goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of current or previous Loan Officer experience in the mortgage industry.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and able to take initiative.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse individuals and groups.
• Ability to learn and follow company and industry guidelines and processes.
