What you will do
- Convert warm home equity leads into cardholders through outbound calling.
- Communicate with existing applicants about available offers.
- Explain ’s value proposition clearly to prospective and current applicants.
- Use customer-focused and analytical approaches to support applicants through the lending process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Mortgage Loan Originator license; applicants must be licensed in California, Florida, or Arizona, or be residents of Missouri or Nevada.
- 3+ years of experience as a Mortgage Loan Officer.
- Strong customer focus, analytical ability, and clear communication skills.
