Mortgage Advisor II (Fintech)

Location: Tempe, Arizona; must reside in Arizona and work in the office five days per week

What you will do

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise clients on mortgage products, the application process, and residential HELOC options.
• Help clients complete mortgage applications and collect information required for approval.
• Use loan origination, CRM, credit vendor, and other systems throughout the mortgage process.
• Communicate with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors while providing continuous follow-up.
• Complete required state mortgage licensing within the first 45 days and learn additional products over time.

Requirements

• Current Arizona residency is required.
• Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate it.
• Passed the SAFE exam.
• At least three years of mortgage lending experience.
• Eligibility to complete state and federal MLO licensing requirements, testing, education, and background checks.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a changing, entrepreneurial environment.
