Reporting Integration Analyst (Workday)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and optimize custom, advanced, composite, and simple Workday reports, dashboards, and calculated fields.
• Translate complex business requirements into reporting and integration solutions for HR, Payroll, Finance, Technology, and external stakeholders.
• Manage reporting requests end to end, including scoping, documentation, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
• Architect and implement Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, Workday Studio, Orchestrate, and PECI.
• Maintain integration documentation, version control, audit trails, and data integrity controls, including SOX and privacy compliance.
• Mentor junior team members, support client and sales meetings, monitor Workday releases, and recommend automation and scalability improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, HR Technology, or a related field, or four years of related experience.
• Three to five years of experience with Workday reporting and integrations, preferably in a multi-client or enterprise environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Composite Reports.
• Strong knowledge of EIBs, Workday Studio, PECI, BIRT, Orchestrate, and Core Connectors.
• Proficiency in SQL, OQL, WQL, XML, XSLT, and object-oriented data structures.
• Experience with data governance, security roles, privacy compliance, stakeholder management, and competing priorities.

• Workday certifications in Reporting, Integration Core, and Workday Studio.
