Senior IT Support Engineer

Location: Onsite at the assigned office 5 days per week; the EMEA HQ is located in the White Collar Factory on Old Street, London.

What you will do

• Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues involving mobile devices, desktops, audio/video systems, peripherals, networks, and telecommunications.
• Manage procurement, assets, inventory, and lifecycle processes for IT hardware and software.
• Perform system imaging, application configuration, device deployment, and security policy enforcement.
• Provide daily onsite office support and coordinate IT communications between headquarters and remote offices.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Sales, Engineering, Information Security, and Enterprise teams.
• Coach and mentor peers, lead cross-functional projects, and influence end-user technology decisions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an IT Support role.
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS, Lenovo and Apple hardware, networking concepts, and voice/video conferencing solutions.
• Foundational knowledge of Okta and identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user permissions.
• Experience supporting new-hire onboarding, device deployment, IT orientation, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving, written and verbal communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills.

Nice to have

• Desktop operating system or network certification.
• Bachelor's degree in a computer-related field.
• Experience with Google, Zoom, or Slack conferencing solutions.
