Location: Onsite in Manchester, United Kingdom (Office attendance 5 days per week)

What you will do
- Resolve technical problems affecting Windows desktop OS, mobile endpoints, and voice services.
- Administer physical and virtual desktop environments via Citrix and telephone systems via RingCentral.
- Manage the full lifecycle of IT trouble tickets from assignment to final resolution, escalating complex issues to Tier II.
- Coordinate IT equipment moves, office setups, and decommissions.
- Provide high-level support for conference room meetings and video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams.
- Maintain asset and license tracking via CMDB.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in End User Support.
- Experience in supporting VIPs and providing white glove IT services is required.
- Proficiency with Citrix, VMware, V-Sphere, Active Directory/Azure, and Intune.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts including DNS, DHCP in a TCP/IP environment.
- Proven experience utilizing ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or a related field is preferred.
