Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Hybrid work available in Warsaw, Gdańsk, Lublin, Wrocław, Opole, Kraków, Poznań, or Katowice, Poland

What you will do

• Perform ServiceNow testing, administration, configuration, customization, and development activities.
• Start with simpler tasks and progress toward more complex, independent work and module specialization.
• Work directly with clients and maintain a customer-focused approach.
• Create and update technical documentation and procedures.
• Collaborate with senior developers and architects.
• Expand ServiceNow expertise through self-paced training.

Requirements

• Knowledge and professional experience in ServiceNow development.
• Certified System Administrator certification required; Certified Application Developer certification is preferred.
• Experience with JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, and relational databases.
• B2 proficiency in English, German, or French.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Readiness for business travel.

Nice to have

• Basic knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, or self-service corporate tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow products such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM/CMDB, ITAM, or SecOps.
