Lead Technical Recruiter (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote, United States

Salary: $160,000–$190,000 per year, depending on geographic market, qualifications, experience, and other factors.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end recruiting for engineering, security, data, AI/ML, and related technical roles.
• Partner with senior leaders to define hiring priorities, candidate profiles, success criteria, and structured interview plans.
• Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Juicebox, referrals, talent mapping, and AI-enabled recruiting tools.
• Present hirify.global’s mission, products, technical challenges, and impact opportunities to candidates from varied backgrounds.
• Lead compensation alignment, offer strategy, negotiation, closing, and transition to onboarding.
• Use recruiting metrics and reporting to improve pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, funnel conversion, candidate quality, and hiring-manager engagement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, security, data, AI/ML, or related technical functions.
• Experience in high-growth, startup, technology, cybersecurity, or similarly competitive environments.
• Strong business-partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Expertise in sourcing, recruiting analytics, funnel diagnosis, and pipeline improvement.
• Clear communication and storytelling skills for technical and nontechnical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience hiring across multiple seniority levels, from experienced individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Experience recruiting for remote or distributed teams across the United States and Canada.
• Experience supporting early-stage or scaling companies.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity, insurance, risk management, SaaS, or other complex technical and regulated industries.
