Senior Readiness Assessment Consultant

Location: Onsite at a customer site in Annapolis Junction, Maryland; applicants must currently reside in the United States.

Salary: USD $114,100–$171,166 per year

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, and staff readiness assessment documents.
• Provide independent analytic advice on readiness assessment processes.
• Implement readiness assessments and improve collection and reporting efficiency.
• Integrate readiness assessments with business management information and decision-making processes.
• Conduct and document lessons learned.
• Contribute to Mission Essential List development.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required and must be maintained.
• At least eight years of combined experience in readiness within SIGINT operations, cyber, or DoD domains, and/or capabilities and requirements analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher is required.
• Graduate-level education or a bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, program management, or systems engineering may substitute for up to two years of experience under the stated conditions.
• Work must be performed onsite in Maryland by a candidate residing in the United States.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the Joint Forces Readiness Report, Joint Combat Capability Assessment, and Defense Readiness Reporting System.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and the ability to convert data into decision-useful information.
• Self-motivated approach to work.
