Site Reliability Operations Analyst - US Government

Location: Washington, D.C., United States; on-site work required. Travel of 25–75% may be required depending on the location and team.

Salary: $93,000–$160,000 per year, excluding potential sign-on bonuses, benefits, and long-term incentives.

What you will do

• Support deployments for large customers and new pilot projects.
• Respond to operational problems, initiate corrective action, and escalate only after available options have been exhausted.
• Design and implement processes that reduce workflow friction and improve team efficiency.
• Track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs.
• Maintain customer communication, project records, and key project metrics.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, internal teams, and senior leadership on critical initiatives.

Requirements

• Active US security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain one.
• 3+ years of project or program management experience.
• Ability to travel 25–75%, depending on the location and team.
• Strong judgment and composure in high-pressure situations.
• Experience building effective, collaborative customer relationships.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate project tracking.
