Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Washington, D.C.; in-person attendance is expected at least 3 days per week

Base pay range: $110,000–$110,000 USD, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Complete approximately five rotations across the Money and Growth organization during an 18-month program.
• Analyze business performance metrics and economic drivers to identify growth opportunities and improve outcomes.
• Solve complex, ambiguous problems involving product strategy, pricing, user segmentation, and risk-return trade-offs.
• Partner with product, engineering, risk, finance, and operations teams on strategic initiatives and program measurement.
• Build analytical models, dashboards, and executive-level presentations to support leadership decisions.

Requirements

• Experience in business analysis, strategy, management consulting, financial services, or another quantitative analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and advanced quantitative modeling techniques.
• Ability to turn complex quantitative findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Fluency with AI tools and interest in keeping current as the tools evolve.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, engineering, data science, or a related quantitative field, or equivalent practical experience.
