Sr Personal Loans Analyst (Fintech)

Location: San Francisco, CA, United States. Hybrid work model with in-office attendance required Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays; remote placement will not be considered. Local Pacific Time hours are required, with flexibility across time zones when necessary. Relocation may be offered based on job level.

Salary: $109,000–$128,000 base salary per year, with potential eligibility for equity awards and an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support execution of Personal Loans programs including TopUp, Refinance, and Pre-Approved or Prescreen offers.
• Help develop and launch offer features and program enhancements covering pricing, fees, eligibility, and customer experience.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Risk, and Finance to deliver initiatives against shared goals.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and program effectiveness.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports, using AI tools where they improve analysis and insight generation.
• Support experimentation by designing analyses, tracking results, and translating findings into next steps.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in financial services, fintech, consulting, or a related analytical role, with a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights.
• Practical experience using AI tools, with sound judgment about verification, reliability, and appropriate use.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration, communication, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Ability to present data and insights in a way that supports business decisions.
• Must work from the San Francisco office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and during local Pacific Time hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Python, or similar tools.
• Exposure to lending, credit, or offer and pricing strategy.
• Knowledge of the unsecured lending ecosystem.
