What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior across the product lifecycle to identify growth and experience opportunities.
• Own product roadmap slices end-to-end, from sizing impact to tracking post-launch success metrics.
• Design and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide feature development and prioritization.
• Build and maintain dashboards and self-serve reporting tools for cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive customer segmentation and lifecycle analysis to identify high-value cohorts and personalization opportunities.
• Leverage AI-first tools, LLMs, and predictive models to accelerate analysis and automate reporting.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Arlington, VA to meet hybrid office expectations.
• 3+ years of experience in product analytics, product management, or customer analytics, preferably in fintech or e-commerce.
• Proficiency in SQL for extracting insights from large and complex datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Mode.
• Expertise in statistical analysis and predictive modeling using Python or R.
• Fluency in using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot, ChatGPT) to optimize SQL/code writing and research.

• Experience with marketing attribution modeling or channel performance analysis.
