Product Analyst (AI)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; hybrid with an in-office expectation of at least 50% of the time monthly, typically three days per week.

Salary: $116,000–$135,500 gross per annum, plus equity and additional compensation components.

What you will do

• Analyze customer behavior across acquisition, onboarding, engagement, and retention using AI-first methods.
• Own a portion of the product roadmap from opportunity identification and impact sizing through requirements, delivery, and post-launch measurement.
• Build analytical systems, data models, dashboards, and self-service tools for Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
• Use LLM-based tools, predictive models, and AI-assisted coding and query workflows to automate reporting and accelerate insight generation.
• Design, run, and interpret A/B tests and experiments to guide roadmap prioritization and feature development.
• Develop customer segmentation and lifecycle analyses, and translate research and data into recommendations for stakeholders and leadership.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in product analytics, product management, customer analytics, or a related quantitative/product role.
• Strong SQL and Python skills, with comfort in data modeling and automation.
• Fluency with AI-first tools and workflows.
• Curiosity about customer behavior and how data informs product decisions.
• Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or a similar industry is relevant to the role.
