Technical Delivery Lead (AI/Cloud)

Location: Remote, United States; ability to work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.

What you will do

• Orchestrate delivery of the Ask Oppy agentic AIOps orchestrator using Google Cloud Vertex AI and Model Context Protocol frameworks.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, engineering outputs, integrations, and delivery milestones across infrastructure, application support, and data teams.
• Lead password reset automation, Dynatrace monitoring, alerting, self-healing workflows, and other Infrastructure and Operations AI initiatives.
• Design CI/CD pipeline guardrails and observability standards across multi-cloud environments using Dynatrace, Splunk, and CloudWatch.
• Organize end-to-end performance testing and data integrity validation for Snowflake and ETL pathways.
• Implement unified ITSM, ITIL, Lean, vulnerability tracking, and automated remediation workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading complex technical projects, product delivery, infrastructure rollouts, or software delivery in an enterprise IT environment.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring and observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with CI/CD pipeline automation and AI/ML deployments.
• Deep familiarity with Site Reliability Engineering practices, automated testing, and cloud automation frameworks.
• Must be based in the United States for this remote role.
• Ability to participate in internal and external video meetings and work onsite at corporate or client offices as necessary.
