Technical Deployment Lead (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in Singapore; the listing also references Melbourne and Sydney, Australia. Customer travel is shaped by deployment needs.

Salary: SGD 195,000–SGD 320,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product and delivery plans for customer workstreams, translating business objectives into problem statements, hypotheses, proof-of-concept scope, success metrics, and production milestones.
• Lead execution across DeployCo, OpenAI, engineering, design, product, research, and customer teams.
• Embed with customers to map workflows, define requirements, align technical plans, and drive production adoption.
• Guide solutions from prototypes and proof of concepts through production readiness, launch, and scale.
• Manage product and technical tradeoffs involving scope, sequencing, resources, quality, adoption, and time-to-value.
• Measure business impact and codify reusable product, delivery, implementation, evaluation, and field-insight patterns.

Requirements

• Experience in customer-facing product delivery, product management, technical delivery, consulting, solutions engineering, or implementation leadership.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to design, build, and ship production-grade AI and software products in enterprise environments.
• Technical fluency across Python applications, microservices, data technologies, large language models, architecture, integrations, and production readiness.
• Ability to connect customer needs, workflow realities, technical constraints, and business value into a practical production strategy.
• Clear communication with business leaders, engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
• Ability to structure ambiguous product and engineering work and drive it toward delivery.
