Senior Financial Advisor - Abitibi-Témiscamingue

Location: Val-d'Or, Quebec, Canada; on-site full-time. Flexibility to work at multiple banking centres within a reasonable travel distance, including evenings and weekends.

What you will do

• Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of personal and business banking clients.
• Build comprehensive financial plans using hirify.global tools and provide investment and lending advice.
• Engage new and existing clients to understand their goals and develop lasting relationships.
• Create local-market sales plans, convert leads, generate opportunities, and increase referrals.
• Attend community events and participate in marketing and outreach activities to build the hirify.global network.

Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in a financial advisory role managing and growing a client portfolio.
• Current accreditation and good standing in the Canadian Securities Course, Canadian Investments Funds Course, or Investment Funds in Canada Course, with eligibility for CIRO-MFD licensing upon hire.
• Personal Financial Planner certification must be completed within 24 months of hire.
• Quebec AMF licensing accreditation and completion of the CIFC or CSC to support AMF licensing; Registered Retirement Consultant certification.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada at the specified location, with a valid work or study permit where applicable.
• Strong client engagement, networking, business development, financial planning, and relationship management skills.
