Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Montreal, Quebec, Canada; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the office

What you will do

• Partner with business leaders and hold teams accountable for budget targets.
• Prepare presentations and financial guidance for senior management and executives.
• Improve and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance against budgets and forecasts.
• Deliver accurate month-end variance analysis and management reporting.
• Develop analyses, reports, metrics, and ad hoc assessments to support business decisions.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Experience in a business partner or corporate FP&A role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with the Pigment planning tool.
• Experience working in a customer support organization.
