Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 90,000–105,000 per year for candidates working in Ontario.

What you will do

• Build strong partnerships with business leaders and support senior management decision-making.
• Prepare management presentations, monthly and quarterly budget or forecast scorecards, and month-end variance reports.
• Improve and streamline budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes.
• Develop financial analyses, metrics, reports, and complex Excel models.
• Provide financial guidance for business decisions and assess new business activities or process changes.
• Support executive requests and contribute to wider organizational objectives.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of progressive financial analysis experience, preferably in a business partnership or corporate FP&A role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance.
• Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with financial modeling.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work accurately under deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

• Experience with the Pigment planning tool.
• Experience working in a customer support organization.
