Accounts Payables Analyst (Cloud)

Location: United States (remote)

Salary: $62,000–$95,000 USD annually; US Premium Markets: $75,000–$110,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Manage the AP inbox, process invoices, and act as a primary point of contact for accounts payable matters.
• Enter, classify, code, and verify vendor invoices across multiple international entities.
• Onboard vendors and maintain vendor records, including W9 forms, addresses, banking details, and payment terms.
• Investigate discrepancies, verify work before submission, and identify recurring errors and process improvements.
• Reconcile the AP ledger, support VAT reclaims, assist with 1099 preparation, and provide audit support.
• Support the rollout of systems affecting the accounts payable function and document process changes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounts payable, finance, or accounting.
• Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently, verify submitted work, resolve issues, and take ownership of process improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience working at a cloud software company.
• Experience with Bill.com, Expensify, Ramp, FloQast, Omnea, or NetSuite.
