Senior Product Designer (DeFi)

Location: Menlo Park, CA, or New York, NY, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.

Base pay for Zone 1: $166,000–$195,000 USD annually, plus bonus opportunities, equity, and benefits.

What you will do

• Drive product design outcomes end to end, from defining problems and validating solutions to shipping customer experiences.
• Design experiences across DeFi initiatives, including Robinhood Chain and Robinhood Wallet.
• Simplify complex crypto concepts into intuitive interfaces.
• Set a high standard for design quality and product excellence.
• Use AI to explore problem spaces, identify edge cases, and create early prototypes.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, research, legal, and compliance partners in a regulated environment.

Requirements

• Strong product design experience with complex, consumer-facing products and end-to-end ownership.
• Active use of AI as part of the design workflow.
• Strong systems thinking and ability to balance detail with the broader product context.
• Experience partnering with engineering, product, research, legal, and compliance teams.
• Deep crypto knowledge and fluency.
• Ability to work from the Menlo Park or New York office at least 3 days per week.
