Senior Product Designer-2 (AI)

Location: United States — New York, any city. The work model prioritizes in-person collaboration while offering flexibility.

Compensation: $95,900–$178,100 per year.

What you will do

• Own end-to-end product design for major OASIS platform surfaces, from problem framing through launch.
• Prototype early using Figma, Lovable, code, or other suitable tools to resolve design questions before development.
• Partner with Product Management and Engineering from the beginning of each problem.
• Conduct user research with internal users and clients and apply qualitative insights to design decisions.
• Shape and extend the design system as the platform grows.
• Raise design quality, influence design standards, and mentor the broader team.

Requirements

• 7+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS, enterprise platforms, or AI products.
• Portfolio demonstrating interaction design, information architecture, and visual craft.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and using prototypes to resolve design challenges early.
• Ability to frame ambiguous problems, develop direction, and drive execution independently.
• Ability to simplify complex products for technical and operational users and communicate design rationale to executives and engineers.
• Curiosity about agentic AI and conversational UX, with a considered perspective on their development.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for engineers, operations leaders, or automation specialists.
• Experience with metrics, dashboards, or data-heavy interfaces.
• Experience collaborating with researchers and combining qualitative and quantitative signals.
