Staff Product Designer (Fintech)

Location: Remote US

Salary: $195,000–$255,000 per year in CA, WA, NY, NJ, and CT; $173,000–$233,000 per year in other U.S. states.

What you will do

• Own and drive design initiatives for the App and Card experiences.
• Deliver high-impact, customer-centric solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, marketing, and research partners.
• Iterate quickly, make data-informed decisions, and balance near-term execution with long-term strategy.
• Develop polished visual and interaction designs that build customer trust and confidence.
• Use experimentation, research, and analytics to continuously improve user experiences.

Requirements

• Strong product sense and the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
• Exceptional visual design, interaction design, attention to detail, and design systems skills.
• Ability to work proactively and adapt in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience using data to guide decisions while exploring innovative solutions.
• Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and comfort working with cross-functional partners.
