Base pay: $239,000–$323,000 per year, with potential bonus, equity rewards, and benefits.

What you will do

• Define and drive a multi-year design vision for shared platform experiences across hirify.global’s business ecosystem.
• Connect workflows, surfaces, and business units to create cohesive experiences across onboarding, setup, daily use, and growth journeys.
• Lead complex, cross-functional design initiatives from concept through delivery, including prototypes and system-oriented design artifacts.
• Evolve design systems and explore emerging interaction patterns and AI technologies to improve customer outcomes.
• Facilitate workshops, critiques, and alignment sessions while influencing Director- and VP-level decisions.
• Mentor senior and staff designers, strengthen design culture, and contribute to hiring.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing complex, large-scale product experiences.
• Demonstrated success shaping platform- or ecosystem-level design strategy.
• Deep expertise in systems thinking, interaction design, and design systems.
• Exceptional craft across flows, structure, and visual execution.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end thinking rather than feature-level design.
• Experience synthesizing qualitative insights and quantitative data into actionable design direction and aligning cross-functional leaders.
