Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis

Location: DC-Washington-TWP Headquarters, United States; on-site five days a week

Salary: $105,600–$176,000 annual, with possible bonus or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting for an assigned departmental portfolio.
• Build and maintain driver-based financial models for operating expenses, headcount, and departmental planning.
• Partner with department leaders to provide financial analysis, recommendations, and decision support.
• Lead monthly variance analysis and prepare recurring financial reports and management materials.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of two financial analysts.
• Improve planning, reporting, modeling, documentation, automation, and analytical workflows using available systems, data tools, and AI capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial discipline.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience partnering with business stakeholders and communicating financial concepts to non-finance audiences.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with enterprise planning, ERP, or business intelligence tools.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of progressive FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Prior people management or financial analyst development experience.
• Experience supporting operating departments in a complex organization.
• Experience with FP&A systems, data visualization, or recurring process automation.
