Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year plus equity

What you will do

• Own forecasting, budgeting, and planning across revenue, operating expenses, headcount, and cash.
• Design planning calendars, budget-versus-actuals reviews, approval workflows, and monthly business reviews.
• Lead the selection and implementation of a planning platform, including vendor evaluation, model architecture, data integrations, and reporting.
• Own marketplace economics covering GMV, net revenue, take rates, recruiter payouts, cohorts, LTV/CAC, and payback.
• Partner with functional leaders on resource decisions, pricing, enterprise deal economics, and recruiter incentives.
• Prepare board materials, investor reporting, operating reviews, P&L analysis, and AI-enabled scenario planning.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive experience in FP&A, investment banking, or consulting.
• Experience in operating finance at a high-growth technology company, ideally a marketplace or transaction-based business.
• Experience building FP&A, budgeting, and planning processes from scratch.
• Experience selecting or implementing planning systems such as Anaplan, Pigment, Adaptive, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of marketplace and SaaS metrics, GAAP and non-GAAP reporting, driver-based financial modeling, Excel, and BI dashboards.
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills, with the ability to translate financial analysis into executive and investor narratives.

• Experience with AI-enabled finance automation and modern finance stacks.
